The sea with you, always

Connected to my roots

THROUGH THE ART OF GIVING NEW LIFE

Being born in a place by the sea makes it an integral part of your essence, creating the most intimate connection with nature that you could experience. Leaving it behind creates an indescribable emptiness. 1600 km away from the coast of Abruzzo, Agami is the most sublime way I know to stay in touch with everything the sea means to me, while respecting the planet to the best of my ability.

The SEA WITH YOu, ALWAYS

In a hectic age where the desire for more and more new stuff produced as fast as possible has reached its consumerist peak, Agami Jewels takes you to the seashore, at a more human pace. Through slow art it makes you breathe again as if you were there, barefoot on the sand. Wearing what decades ago was a glass object discarded at sea by factories and consumers, transformed by the power of the waves into a precious gem, you are making a strong fashion statement: what was once broken hides immense potential, my Agami Jewels is proof of that.

I like to think that this also applies to life itself: giving new possibilities to things and to yourself, rediscovering your inner light. Wear your Agami with pride and take the sea with you wherever you go.

craft(wo)manship

Agami Jewels is wearable art created by one woman, discovering the fascinating world of silversmith craftsmanship. Each creation is carefully handmade and strives to respect the environment at every stage of the process, from minimal emissions and production waste to an entirely second hand furnished studio, to 95% eco friendly packaging. As well as, of course, the use of materials such as sea glass, originally collected from an early age, and over time donated by clients, friends and family, collected on the shores of the world.

The jewelry ranges from minimalist designs that capture the essence of the sunrise by the sea to bold pieces that evoke the wild and untamed spirit of the sea in all its flowing and never equal textures.

timeless treasures

Sea glass is truly unique in all its colours and shapes, there are no two the same. Through the years of collecting the most unique pieces I could find, I discovered many colours are extremely rare and can be hundreds of years old, such as red, teal, turquoise, bright yellow, orange, pink, purple and multicolour. Looking for it along the shores in my hometown and on travel is a powerful meditative tool. I will never get bored of it.

Do you live near the sea or you love collecting sea glass too on holiday? I would love to translate your unique memories in jewerly form. Contact me.
