Please know I am a part-time jeweller and my schedule is flexible.
I usually open few slots for custom orders every 2 months so I can have time to work on the jewelry for the shop.
The waiting time for a custom order depends on many factors. It usually varies from 8 to 12 weeks from date of signing the Quote document I will provide you with once we create your own design.
The most reliable way to know your ring size is to go to a local jeweller and ask them to measure your finger(s).
You can measure them at home too, check out the Tips section!
I prefer NOT to resize finished rings.
Yet, some rings can be resized. In the description of all item listed I will say whether or not a ring can be resized and up to which size (maximum), so please read the descriptions carefully and be sure you know your ring size.
All of my jewels are one of a kind, handmade from sheet metal, silver 925 and brass, and wire I buy from European suppliers, using sea glass pieces found by me, family, friends or customers. I recycle all of my scrap silver. Nothing you see is factory made, except for the necklace chains and some clasps.
To properly care for your unique piece and prolong its life, I suggest you remove it while doing activities such as gardening, swimming, applying body lotion, house cleaning, climbing.
Metal can tarnish over time because it reacts with oxygen, skin oils and sweat. It is perfectly normal if your jewel slightly changes colour.

I ship everywhere! Orders from the shop will ship within 5 business days from the moment of purchase. Custom orders ship accordingly to the time frame we have agreed together. You will be notified via email once your package ships and be provided with tracking info. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and vary based on the country of destination.
Do you live in Tilburg area and you want to pick your jewel up? Select the “local pick up” as shipping method.
Time of arrival:
Netherlands 1 to 4 working days.
Within Europe between 5 and 15 working days.
Outside Europe up to 6 weeks.
IMPORTANT: holidays, busy periods or weather problems can affect the delivery time. Shipping always includes a track and trace code. Keep in mind that unfortunately, certain countries do not update their tracking codes once the package reach their borders.
Depending on the country of destination, a signature upon delivery or the presence of someone at home might be required; unfortunately this is out of my control. Please contact me if you are waiting for longer that indicated above and you think the package is lost. I am not responsible for lost packages, but I’ll do everything in my power to help you contact the courier and try to find it.
In my shop you can pay via Credit Card, PayPal or IDeal (IDeal is only for Dutch customers).
Every piece I make is unique and created with all my heart and dedication. I do not accept returns based on wrong size or a change of mind. Please know your size and your budget before buying a jewel.
If you think I made a mistake somewhere, please contact me and we can discuss together what to do. Your happiness and satisfaction is dear to me.
I only accept returns and will issue a refund if the jewel appears damaged upon arrival.
