Forest dive

In Abruzzo, Italy, where I grew up, you can hike the Gran Sasso mountains and take a dive in the Adriatic Sea the same day. If you are lucky you can spot a deer.
The smell of the woods still on your skin, washed away by the waves. Among many meanings, deer symbolises rebirth, transformation.
